Some examples of their use are remote meter reading of electricity meters, remote lighting control and regulation for street illumination, home automation etc.

Actual temperature of the transformers should not exceed 100°C. Windings DCR value in worst condition must be ≤ (DCR at 20C° * 1,3). Measure it after thermal rising and immediately, it decrease quickly.
